Return Policy

If you wish to return an item after it has arrived, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We accept returns in the following cases:

  1. The item is defective.
  2. You received a different item than you ordered.
  3. The item was damaged during shipping.

Note: Additional costs such as import duties and taxes must be borne by the customer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
Please confirm this before making a purchase.

Our store operates as a cross-border e-commerce retailer, and all items are shipped directly from overseas. Cross-border purchases are strictly for personal use. If items are resold, the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, inspections, or related obligations.


Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged (Unless Defective or Damaged)

  • Opened or used consumables
  • Minor defects not considered initial defects by the manufacturer (e.g., slight LCD misalignment, dead pixels, scratches after use)
  • Products with added peripherals, replaced parts, modifications, or adjustments
  • Items with manufacturer-issued certificates (upon customer request)
  • Items prohibited by law from being returned or exchanged
  • Items missing accessories (tags, manuals, boxes, etc.) or with protective seals removed

If Items Are Returned or Disposed of for the Following Reasons, We Will Deduct These Fees from the Refund:

  • Actual shipping costs for delivery and return
  • Refund processing fees
  • Other handling fees

Reasons include:

  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Expiration of storage period
  • Extended absence
  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Refusal to pay customs duties

Product-Specific Return Policies

Food & Beverages

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of defects or damage.
  • If a defect or damage occurs, please contact our customer service team.

Healthcare (Drugstore)

  • Supplements, hygiene products, masks, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or damage.
  • If a defect or damage occurs, please contact our customer service team.

DIY & Tools

  • Wood materials, large wooden components, and motorized products (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) can only be returned if defective or damaged.

Pet Supplies

  • Pet food, beverages, and supplements can only be returned if defective or damaged.

The Following Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged Under Any Circumstances

  • Bulk purchases of the same product

If bulk purchases (including pre-orders) of the same or similar products cause operational disruption to Sakura Beauty, we may refuse returns.
Additionally, your Sakura Beauty membership may be revoked.


How to Return

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the item along with all accessories and packaging.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • It may take up to 4 weeks for returned items to arrive at our facility. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the return, and it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
